This US military pilot watch is a rare and stunning vintage watch which is a dream to any collector. It’s functional aspects used during the war make it a timepiece rich with history and pieces like this are timeless classics which only surface periodically and that will only rise in value with time. Serial number (65*****) dates to 1942/43, bang in the middle of WW2. This watch will have seen action on the wrist of a US fighter pilot during the war and I can’t think of more interesting and historical timepiece to own for that reason alone.

All aspects of this amazing watch are original, including stunning dial, with unique Radium ‘burns’, and original Radium blued steel hands. This ‘barn find’ watch has clearly spent many decades hiding in a drawer, waiting to be found and cherished for the unique piece of history that it is. The Cal.10L movement is running well, and both crowns are original and operating correctly. Bezel rotates smoothly when upper crown/clamp is released. Fitted on genuine brown Stingray leather strap. Case measures 28mm.
